  1. Introductory provisions

This Privacy Policy explains how MyCars Logistics s.r.o., with its registered office at Svornosti 41, 821 06 Bratislava, Slovak Republic, Company Registration Number (IČO): 56512643, processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data.

We process your personal data only to the extent necessary and for specific purposes:

  • Communication with clients and suppliers – responding to inquiries, preparing price offers and providing services.

  • Performance of contractual obligations – concluding and performing contracts for transport and logistics services.

  • Invoicing and accounting – legal obligation under accounting regulations.

  • Marketing communication (only with consent) – sending information about our services and news.

  • Website security – monitoring and protecting the system against abuse.

  • courier and logistics partners,
